Kitchen Ventilation:
A house wife or a cook has to serve about 5 to 7 hours daily in the kitchen for cooking purpose. So it is very important to provide him/ her cool environment in the kitchen. While cooling fire produce heat and temperature of kitchen inside becoming rise. So it is necessary to take a proper ventilation system in the kitchen fresh air should be entered into the kitchen. It is so arranged that it cannot affected to fire directly otherwise cooking process may be disturbs and energy resources will be expands, and it takes more time to cook foods. A mesh open able widow will be used for this purpose. That will control the entry of mosquitoes, flies and lizard. Material for window panel and framing may used wood or metal like Iron or aluminum according to the budget available.
Internal air should be exhausted to outside to minimize the humidity and temperature of the kitchen. If Exhaust fan fixed within kitchen fire hood then its work ability will be maximize. I will able to exhaust all the hot and polluted air in the kitchen produced by the fire. For this purpose kitchen hood may be attached through 6” diameter pipe to the external environment. And an exhaust fan fix on its one end and other terminal point covered with mesh. More ever kitchen entrance door may also capable to closed on requirement.
